Our Classes
Spin
Challenge yourself to a full body workout, while pedalling to the beats of the music! Immerse yourself to race, climb that mountain, or jog it out. Combined with a weight portion, improve your cardio, increase your stamina, while being kind to your joints!
**We encourage you to work at your own pace. Bring water, indoor shoes or SPD compatible cycling shoes. We provide towels, weights, and water if needed, and refreshing cool towels for after!
Barre
Our Barre class may be low impact, moderate intensity, but will leave you feeling stronger than when you started. We combine strength and flexibility with mat work, light weights, resistance loops, and ball. Work out to the rhythm of the music, as your instructor takes you on a full body workout.
**Mat, weight, and other equipment is always provided, please bring indoor shoes, or feel free to bring barre socks.
Pilates
Pilates is a low impact class , created to challenge your flexibility and mobility, increase your core strength, connect your mind to body, while focusing on breath work. Using a variety of equipment from weights, resistance bands, to the Pilates ball, expect to be challenged!
*All levels are welcome! We encourage you to listen to your body first and your instructor will provide options throughout the class for modifications .
Spin & Sculpt
Experience 50 minutes of Spin and Barre, as we start on the saddle to bring up your heart rate and pedal to the music, then meet us on the floor beside the bike for some barre inspired moves! Each class is unique and can bring in the use of resistance bands, ball, mat work, and weights. Your instructor will take you through all the tracks so that you will leave feeling accomplished and strong!
**All levels are welcome, equipment is provided, please bring water, and indoor shoes, or SPD compatible cycling shoes.
Striders
Striders, our newest class, is a combination of spin and stretching suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels. This class is for you if you’re looking for a low impact cardiovascular fitness routine coupled with flexibility and mobility stretching. Striders is designed to be a five week progressive fitness program, so it’s the perfect class for anyone looking to give spin a try or to ease back into the saddle. If you have been wanting to gain more experience on the bike, but at a slower pace, this class is for you!

Private Bookings
Our amazing space is available for your special occasion when you want to get together with up to 13 of your closest friends, colleagues, or teammates! Get set to ride for 35-50 minutes of our rhythm based spin class and enjoy the space all to yourselves.
For $130 plus GST you get an instructor, all the bikes, and of course an amazing experience.

Express 35
We understand that your time is precious! We are now offering Express 35 - 35 minutes of Barre, Spin, or Pilates. Get set to work out efficiently and get a full body workout, in one of the 3 modalities that we offer. Always included is a warm up, workout, and cool down.
